Creating a Corticon Decision Service Trigger

The high-level steps to configure a Corticon Decision Service trigger include:

1. Configure Platform to access a Corticon Server instance hosting deployed decision services. See Configuring Platform to access Corticon Server for details.
2. Create the trigger as described in Creating a trigger, selecting Corticon Decision Service as the trigger type.
   • Choose the decision service to invoke.
   • Map the decision service request and response. Before you start mapping, you should understand the supported data types and conversions, and how relationships affect mapping. See the following topics for more information:

3. Optionally customize functions in the trigger formula.
4. Test and Debug the trigger.
