rbv_api.getMailMessageCount()

Removal in Platform v6.13.3.0. Starting with this version, this API is no longer available. Update scripts that call it before upgrading. No direct server-side replacement is available. See Deprecated and Removed Features.

Purpose

Returns the number of messages in the INBOX folder for the logged in user.

Syntax

rbv_api.getMailMessageCount()

Return value

The number of messages in the current mail session.

Example

rbv_api.openPOP3("mail.mydomain.com", 995, "address@mydomain.com", password, null);
var x = rbv_api.getMailMessageCount();
rbv_api.closeMailSession();
