Installing applications

You can install existing Platform applications in one of the following ways:

• Install an application from the Marketplace.
• Install an application from the Application Directory (Platform Private Cloud only).
• Install an application from XML.

You can define post install scripts for an application that execute after the application is installed, after the application is updated, and after the application is installed as part of customer creation. See Post install scripts for more information.
