Installing an application from the Marketplace
Users with the Administrator role can log into their Platform account to install Platform applications from the Marketplace.
Note:
- Installing an application from Marketplace is not available for a Support login.
- From Platform 6.5 onwards, installing or updating application from the marketplace would be blocked if any duplicate labels or integration codes exist in the picklist items.
- You may still proceed with any of the above mentioned operation with duplicate integration codes. This is governed by shared property - SkipUniquePicklistCodesCheck. Tenant administrators can enable the same using the Skip unique codes check on picklist option from the Administrative Preferences section.
- To prevent compatibility issues, do not install applications built on a higher Platform version onto a lower version. This may result in unexpected behavior or functionality issues.
