Calendar views
The calendar includes five views. To change the view, click its name in the calendar toolbar:
Available views include:
- Day — Displays a single day with events.
- Work Week — Displays Monday through Friday with events.
- Week — Displays Sunday through Saturday with events.
- Month — Displays all days in the month with events listed for each day.
- Agenda — Displays a week's worth of events by date.
For any event, double-clicking the link in any view except the Agenda view opens a dialog that displays more information; you can click View or Edit to see more information or to modify the event.
Double-clicking on a day or hour launches a dialog to create a new event. See Adding events to a calendar for details.
Administrators can configure the calendar to set its default views and to specify the time period to display in the Day, Work Week, and Week views. See Configuring the calendar for details.
