getPicklist
Purpose
Returns items available for the selected Picklist field (including radio
buttons and groups of check box fields) as a JSON array. Each array entry has
elements: name, id, and code.

The session ID obtained from the body of the response when calling login.
objName
The object integration name.
fieldName
The field integration name.
mainValueId
The ID of the main picklist item (optional, for dependent picklists only).
