The Private attribute

Events, tasks, reports, and templates provide a Private attribute that introduces additional visibility limitations:

• Private reports are only visible to their creator and to administrative users.
• Private email and document templates are only visible to their creator and to administrative users.
• Private events and tasks are only visible to their creator, users with which they have direct relationships, and administrative users.
