List View Collapse

The List View’s Column Collapse Style property enhances the collapsibility of page sections, providing administrators with more flexibility to configure how sections behave when a page loads. This feature comprises three configurable options for section collapsibility.

Collapse Styles

• Not Collapsible: The section remains expanded and cannot be collapsed by end users.

• Collapsible - Collapsed by Default: The section collapses when the page loads, but end users can expand it.

• Collapsible - Expanded by Default: The section is expanded when the page loads, but end users can collapse it.

Configuring List View Column Collapse Style

By default, the Collapse Style property is set to not collapsible. To enable the column collapsible property on the list view, do the following:

• From the list view of any application, navigate to More Actions > Design This Page > List View Properties.

• Set the Collapse Style property to either of the options - not collapsible, collapsed by default or expanded by default.

  

• Click Save on the page designer to reflect changes.
