Display Record Count

This enhancement aims to improve the user experience when interacting with list view record-related information. This update introduces features to optimize usability by simplifying actions and providing greater visibility into record counts.

For better visibility, the total number of records in a List View is appended next to the List View name.

To display the record count on the list view, do the following:

• From the list view of any application, navigate to More Actions > Design This Page > List View Properties.

• Enable the Display Record Count property. By default, this value is disabled.

• Click Save on the page designer to reflect changes.

The count dynamically updates when enabled based on the user’s view permissions.

• The non-admin user can only view records they created, the displayed count reflects only those records.

• The total record count is displayed based on the selected list view.
