Data Maintenance

Choose the preferred data maintenance operations you would like to run:

• Data Maintenance for relationship field: This operation fixes data integrity issues pertaining to this relationship and its data records. This action is only available to lookup fields where the cardinality is either M:1 or 1:1.

• Cleanup invalid relationship entries: This operation cleans up any invalid relationship entries.

• Recalculate all expression field: This operation recalculates all expression fields.

• Find duplicate picklist items: This operation finds any duplicate values or codes within any picklist. Only a Master Tenant can carry out the operation over any preferred tenant's picklist, shared picklist, dependant picklist, radio button or group checkbox field. On completion of this operation, a report is emailed to the master tenant with the list of all the duplicate picklist items.

• Clean orphan dependent picklist item(s): - This operation cleans up any orphan-dependent picklist item(s).

• Add code for page sections and tabs: - This operation adds integration codes to page sections and tabs, including the specified prefix. Please refer Adding and configuring sections and Page tab properties for more detailed information. For corresponding APIs, refer rbf_getSectionIdByIntegrationName(), rbf_activatePageTab2() and rbf_showOrHidePageTab2().
