Bulk Unloading of Multiple Customers
The Bulk Unload feature allows administrators to unload multiple customers simultaneously in the MasterZone. This is useful for support escalations and post-upgrade clearing, enabling efficient resource management.

Only Administrators or users with Unload access to the System Console can perform bulk unload actions.

The process runs asynchronously, ensuring that the UI remains responsive.
Non-administrators need explicit Unload access to use this feature.
If a selected customer is already unloaded, the system will silently ignore it without displaying an error.
To bulk unload multiple customers, do the following:

Log in as an Administrator and navigate to the Customers section, where multiple customers are listed.

Use the selection check-boxes to choose one or more customers. Selections across multiple pages are included in the bulk action.

Click on Unload in the More Actions menu to initiate the process.

To monitor the progress, go to System Console > Monitoring > Jobs, where the unload status for each customer is displayed.

Once all jobs are completed, the initiator will receive an email with details of completed unload actions.
